How long does processing take?

All in-stock orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment (excluding pre-orders). Once processed, your selected shipping method begins.

What if my item is a pre-order or custom order?

Pre-order items ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, and custom orders ship within 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Are Divinity Hair Co. wefts refundable or exchangeable?
